Mark Bennison guilty of manslaughter.
Homeless Mark Bennington was found guilty of manslaughter. After he caused the death of Christopher Shipway with only one punch on August 25th in Old Market Place Grimsby.
Jailed for 4 years.
Christopher was punched once and fell backwards suffering serious head injuries.
After punching him Mark Bennison walked away from Mr Shipway who was in a semi conscious state.He was not aware of how serious the injury was.Sadly Christopher died a few days after he was attacked.
He was jailed for 4 years.
