A dangerous young paedophile has been ordered a special treatment package.
Louis Kirby has admitted that he incited four girls to engage in sexual activity between 2015-2017. Kirby also admitted to having engaged in sexual activity in front of a child.
He targeted four young girls on social media with obscene contact, He made sexual comments to them which would start innocently and then become deeply unpleasant.
He also used images of himself involved in sexual behaviour. Louis Kirby did not stop even after Police became involved.
He was given a 2 year suspended prison sentence last year.
At Grimsby Crown Court in April last year, he was given a two year suspended prison sentence. He was also given a curfew from 7 pm to 7 am. Louis Kirby was given a sexual harm prevention order and told he must register as a sex offender for seven years.
But despite this, he appeared at a resumed hearing at Sheffield Crown Court. He admitted breaching the sexual harm prevention order, by making Facebook contact and engaging in internet chat. He also admitted to owning a mobile phone.on the same day July 4th.
Louis Kirby opened a social media account in breach of his notification requirements as a sex offender.
He has been in custody a long time.
He has been in custody since July 5th and was vulnerable. Louis Kirby has learning difficulties it is believed his learning difficulties underpinned all the cases.
It is thought that the probation service and psychiatrists will be asked to suggest a special treatment package. In order to prevent him from doing anything like it again and to protect the public.
