Locate Supplies Cons ran riot in the GY Cars sponsored Grimsby Intermediate Snooker League, at struggling Carr Lane A, with Andy Aisthorpe partnering Mark Graves (62) followed by Mark Franks (30, 32, 28) and Steve Fisher, then Jonno Webster and Ian Crosby (36) each pair winning 2-0 they went away with a 6-0 slam.

Darren Potter and Blake Munton opened the scoring for Ray Edmonds D when they played host to Clee Home Guard, sharing the first board 1-1 with Mark Stevens (34) and Nick Mason, but that was as good as it got as the visitors took the rest, Keith Southwell and Rick Pacey then Craig Taylor winning 2-0 each gave the away side a 5-1 win.

Peter Hogarth & Sons tore into a five frame lead at home to Snug Fit Grimsby, Pete Kuzemczak and Mike Emerson (25, 32), then Paul Simpson and John Lough winning 2-0, Brian Hotson (27) and Ian Hogarth getting the fifth sharing 1-1 with Rob Wraith and Rick Thornton.

A 2-0 win by Scott Long and Scott Templeman (23, 20) got the match underway for The Gas Man when they entertained Clee Cons A, Scott Gibbins (20) and Tom Keeley took the next two for the visitors, pulling the sides level, Jimmy Yates and Steve Johnson, took the next putting the visitors in front for the first time only to share 1-1 with Anthony Jagger and Paul Jackson (50, 25) making it a 3-3 draw.

Craig Rowbotham (37) and John Parrott set the ball rolling for Webbonet with a 2-0 win when they hosted stablemates Ray Edmonds B, Darren Evans and Rick Gilliatt (22, 24)  took the next two for the “visitors” pulling the side level, Dave Webster and Steve Green got the next for the “home” side sharing 1-1 with Alan Edmonds (44) and James Bristow, giving us a 3-3 draw and putting the “Bs” joint top with a game in hand.


Could all teams with trophies won from last season please return them as ASAP.

Dan Chisnall and Stuart Tuplin opened the scoring for Hainton Renegades at league leaders Westland Heating in the B League sharing 1-1 with Richard Bell and Chris Yull, but the home side turned the heat up taking the rest, Dick Claridge and Steve Neul (37, 21) then Richard Stanard (29) with Daz North winning 2-0 each for a 5-1 win.

A 2-0 win by Craig Allerston and Garry White (22) set the ball rolling for Clee Home Guard Graduates when they played host to Cromwell A, the visitors replied taking the next three thanks to Steve Metcalf and Sam Jones winning 2-0 then Adam Metcalf and Dave Bird (28) sharing 1-1 with Dave Richardson and Terry Robinson, the match ending as a 3-3 draw.

Michael (22) and Ian Hunter got the match underway for West End D at home to Carr Lane B sharing 1-1 with Lee McFarlane and Ben Leggett, Paul Topham and Euan Hunter restored the home sides lead only to share 1-1 with Richard Smith and John Smith and with Glen and Jon Leggett taking the last two the visitors went away with a 4-2 win.
