A teenager was arrested after going on an armed rampage in McDonald’s Grimsby Road on Sunday night at around 9pm.
The crazed teenager who had a knife was threatening to kill people. It is believed a member of public alerted the police and they found the 17 year old hiding in a garden.
It is thought that damage caused to the McDonald’s included a smashed mirror and a wrecked soap dispenser.
As the teenager ran away he threatened a man in the street. The teenager was thought to be under the influence of drink or drugs.
Police were in attendance very quickly and arrested him.He was arrested on suspicion of affray,making threats to kill and carrying a knife,bladed article in a public place.
