People are becoming more angry, stressed and worried.
According to a new global study by Gallup Global Emotions people all around the world are becoming more angry, stressed and worried.
In over 140 countries 150,000 people were interviewed. A third said they suffered from stress, and one in five experienced sadness or anger.
The researchers asked participants about their experiences the day before they did the survey. Participants were asked did you smile a lot yesterday? and were you treated with respect? To find out about their daily experiences.
The levels of stress were at a high, and levels of sadness and worry also increased. But 71% of people had experienced enjoyment the day before.
Finland was the worlds happiest place in 2018. Greece had the most stressed population in the world. The UK was 46th most positive country.
Are you more angry, stressed or worried than you use to be?
