Witnesses are sought by Humberside Police after a fatal traffic collision on College Road in East Halton near Barrow upon Humber.
This morning at approx 6.15am Police we called to a single vehicle road traffic collision. A silver VW Golf had left the road near to Thornton Abbey. A man who is believed to be the driver suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the car on College Road prior to the collision or saw the car leave the road. To call them on non-emergency number 101 quoting log 149 5/5/19.
Although the man has not yet been formally identified his family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
