Cannabis factory found in former Grimsby bank.

Over 100 cannabis plants were found by police when they raided the former Co-operative bank on the junction of Osborne Street and Garden Street in Grimsby.

Humberside Police said six men are in custody when arrests were made following the raid at approx 5 pm yesterday. It is believed that there are plants in different rooms.

Police are waiting for Northern Powergrid engineers in order for them to make the area safe for them to work in. Police are always grateful when people pass information to them about suspicious activity. They ask that if you see any suspicious comings and goings at a property in your area to let them know.
