No Lifeguard at Cleethorpes Paddling Pool.
The Paddling Pool opened on Thursday under new ownership. The children’s paddling pool, Cleethorpes Discovery Centre and the sandpit. Were all taken over by a new company earlier in the year.
The new owner is believed to have made the decision not to have lifeguards after risk assessments. And conversations with other resorts who run similar facilities. But some people are not happy with this decision.
Parents and guardians are expected to show responsibility for their children the same as they would if they were watching them play on the beach.
