By Officers are investigating reports of an assault in the Duke of York Gardens on Corporation Road, Grimsby shortly before 8am on Thursday 6 June.
PC James Stratton said: “A 26-year-old man was walking through the park when he was reportedly approached by a man wearing a blue tracksuit. The man allegedly assaulted him with a knife causing him to suffer minor injuries.
“We are appealing for anyone that saw what happened or has any information that could assist our investigation to get in touch.”
