Wow! scientists are now saying that eating chocolate cake for breakfast is good for the brain and waistline.

Most of us just love a gorgeous piece of chocolate cake. Some of us have even been tempted by that piece of cake in the fridge first thing in the morning.

Well now scientists are saying that chocolate cake has benefits and you have no reason to feel guilty

The study on 968 people between the ages of 23-98 followed the dietary habits of those people.

And according to the study chocolate had a positive cognitive effect on performance, also if you eat it regularly it can improve your memory and abstract thinking,

In another study it was found that when the chocolate cake was eaten every morning it helped people work, they also found that eating it regularly might help you lose weight.

Because your body converts food and energy more efficiently in the morning, it is less likely that the piece of cake will end up on your waistline.

If you eat chocolate cake later in the day the body is more likely to save it as fat reserves according to the study. The study also found that it is important to eat chocolate before 9 am.

So when you get down to it there may be no reason to avoid that chocolate cake for breakfast at all.
