By Travellers arrive at Haverstoe Park.
Travellers have in the last few hours set up camp on Haverstoe Park. Around 20 caravans plus other vehicles are set up on the small football field at the rear of the park.
As there is no road to that section of the park the public are warned to take care as several vehicles were coming and going but driving across the main football pitch and pathways.
We approached them for a comment but had to leave due to the aggressive nature of several of the travellers.
What was gained from the meeting is they intend to stay for up to a week.
The police have been informed we understand.
One gate is now unable to be locked at the park which usually shuts at Dusk.
