A man has been arrested after an assault on a woman in Harrington Street.
A house and pavement in Harrington Street were cordoned off yesterday afternoon after police had received reports that a woman had been injured in an alleged assault.
It is believed that the pavement was covered in blood. The woman was taken to hospital and a 43-year-old man was arrested suspected of assaulting the woman. He remains in police custody.
