By A man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a 58-year-old man in Hull on Sunday evening 4 August.
Tony Barber, 34, of Littleham Close in Hull was arrested after the death of the 58-year-old who has been named this morning by his family as Andy Webb of Charles Brady Court.
Mr Webb was found unconscious and seriously injured within the complex of Charles Brady Court at around 5.40am on Sunday 4 August.
He was immediately taken to hospital where his condition remained critical throughout the day, however he sadly died the same evening.
Mr Webb’s family are receiving support from specially trained officers and have asked for privacy at this difficult time.
A post-mortem examination carried out yesterday Monday 5 August revealed the cause of death as a head injury.
Tony Barber will appear at Hull Magistrates Court this morning Tuesday 6 August.
