Scunthorpe man charged with five offences just days after prison release

A 22-year-old man from Scunthorpe has been charged with five different offences just days after being released from jail.

Thomas ‘Tom Tom’ Edgar from Jackson Road in Scunthorpe has been charged with two counts of possessing an offensive weapon, namely a machete, assault, and driving while disqualified and without insurance.

Thomas Edgar is due to appear before Grimsby Magistrates Court today.
