A survey has revealed that when it comes to being good with what you eat. There is a specific time each week that you’re most likely to fall off the healthy eating wagon. For over half of us fat 0’ clock as it has been called strikes between 7 and 10 pm on Sundays.

It is so hard to stick to a healthy eating regime at the best of times but is Sunday evening really the worst time for us falling off the wagon?
