A man is in Humberside Police custody as of yesterday afternoon following a warrant at an address on Pryme Road in Scunthorpe.
Officers attended the address at around 1.30pm today, Monday 16 September, where they carried out the warrant.
Suspected cannabis and drugs paraphernalia were seized from the property.
The man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.
Local Neighbourhood Sergeant Will Harrison said: “This is the latest in a series of warrants that we have been doing in Scunthorpe.
“We understand the impact that drugs, and the associated crime that often comes with them, can have on a community and we will not stand for it.
“As proud members of the local community, we will continue to work with residents to make sure that this remains a fantastic place to live, work and visit.
“I would ask that people continue to work with us, letting us know if someone is committing an offence in your area.
“Your information helps us to understand what is going on better and in some cases gives us the evidence we need to take action.”
