We are looking for a Caretaker within the Hull area to start immediately.

Rate: £9.00 per hour PAYE

Hours: Shift work

The role will include maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and using power tools when required, removing recyclable and other waste from various buildings, ensuring outside areas are kept tidy and maintaining security provisions by unlocking and locking doors, setting alarms, monitoring CCTV and liaising with the security team.

Requirements:

·Must be physically fit

·First aid trained is desirable

Experience:

·Experience of dealing with the public

·Experience working in a security role

·Experience of maintenance, caretaking and cleaning
