Document Services Assistant

 

Duties:

  • Complete the production of printed documents to various specifications and finishes to suit the needs of the business. This includes providing recommendations to customers on any printing requirements.
  • Provide first line support for centralised and decentralised printing equipment, liaising with suppliers and internal divisions where necessary.
  • Ensure that print and post areas are maintained and supplied to ensure that services to the business remain uninterrupted.
  • Collecting, sorting, franking and distribution of mail items and boxed deliveries to a high level of auditability.
  • Complete national and international courier service requests. Selecting suitable services to meet customer demands and completing tracking to the point of delivery.
