Our client is an award winning, worldwide manufacturer and supplier of end to end gaming solutions. We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join their offices in Stoke to work as a Sales Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months.

The role as Sales Administrator will be to assist the Sales function of the Business with all invoices and purchase orders. As the Sales Administrator you will build relationships with your customers and provide quotes as and when required.

Job Description:

As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for working as a team to support the Sales division. Your duties will include:

  • Process sales quotes and orders
  • Answer the telephone and be the first point of contact for customers regarding their account and advise on any queries they may have
  • General administration duties
  • Update and monitor sales log and electronic folder
  • Review orders and quotes/artwork
  • Provide information internally and externally
  • Ensure documentation/computer systems are kept updated

Candidate Requirements:

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Excel experience to a level of intermediate (ability to produce basic formulas)
  • Resilience and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to commit to the full 12-month contract

Hours: 37.5 hours (Flexi time available)

Salary: £18,000 per annum
