About you:

As Assistant Manager of our store in Freshney Place Shopping Centre, Grimsby you will have strong people and time management skills, and will be commercially minded. You will have an interest in fashion and visual merchandising. You will enjoy a challenge, working in a fast paced, ever changing environment, and be passionate about the customer.

About the role:

You will assist the store manager in driving your team to achieve their KPI’s whilst delivering the ultimate shopping experience to our customers. You will inspire & motivate your staff. You will make sound commercial decisions to drive sales.
