Our client is looking to recruit a Saw Operative to work in it’s roof truss manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be required to cut wood to length using a CNC saw. There will be a large amount of lifting required to load and unload the saw. Previous experience of operating a saw in a timber mill will be a distinct advantage but training could be offered to the right candidate. Working hours are Mon-Wed 7am-5.30pm, Thurs 7am–4.30pm. The hourly rate will start at £8.21 rising to £9.07 after 3 months. This position is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis.
