If you get into an argument with family today don’t worry you won’t be the only one.

If you’ve got into an argument with one of the family today you won’t be on your own. Research claims that families argue on average five times a week. The average British family has 260 rows a year.

It was found that rows over messiness were cited by 42 percent, followed by doing the chores 27 percent, leaving lights on 26 percent, turning on the heating 17 percent and 14 percent said not putting the toilet seat down.

Wasting food caused rows in 20 percent of families and paying bills in 19 percent.

When families were asked what could help to solve domestic disputes the main suggestion was talking more 29 percent. And 37 percent said everyone pulling their weight would help.

What do you argue about most in your family?
