Today, we continue our legacy offering five star service, in the perfect location and creating unforgettable experiences, every day for our guests.

We are looking for someone passionate and driven to deliver luxury service, to join our award winning afternoon tea venue, The Thames Foyer.

As the busiest venue in our hotel (and possibly London), we are looking for someone full of energy and who thrives working under pressure, with a creative streak! Does this sound like you?

Your typical day would include:
– Greeting and serving our fantastic guests
– Providing detailed information on menus and answering our guest enquiries
– Being creative to celebrate every special occasion
– Being innovative and taking ownership to solve any challenges
– Effectively communicating with our kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and food is served in a timely manner
– Clearing and relaying the tables
– Preparing mise-en-place (polishing cutlery, glasses and china)
