When recruiting for Customer Advisors, we look for entry level and experienced candidates. The ability to sell in a relaxed environment, ensuring a quality service to customers is a must along with the personality to work well in a team environment valuing everyone’s contribution. We look for individuals who can provide the best in customer service coupled with the ambition and ability to learn and achieve.

What will I be responsible for?

You will contribute to the Site’s success by delivering sales and customer advice the Motordepot way, providing excellent customer service always. You’ll keep up to date with all our promotions, products and services and be able to communicate these effectively to our customers in a fair and transparent way. You will also have the ability to hit stretching targets, be organised and work effectively in a team and on your own initiative. Finally, you will always take pride in the appearance of the cars and site maintaining its superb appearance .
