Mobile Cleaner

MOBILE CLEANER REQUIRED STOKE ON TRENT AREA 

Our client provides high quality facility services designed to maintain the fabric and appearance of buildings, our client provides facilities management; cleaning & hygiene services; maintenance and building services; catering; security; landscaping and a wide range of other tailor-made services for customers throughout the Public and Private Sectors.

For this role, in addition to Housekeeping services, our client may be supporting other soft services as identified and agreed via a range of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive tasks to maintain the designated estate at an agreed level of quality.

The role is temporary ongoing for at least a minimum 8 weeks, with a possibility of becoming a permanent contract.

Monday to Friday 

40hrs per week (between the hours of 6am-8pm, must be flexible)

£8.21ph + 40p per mile allowance.

You must have your own form of transport (no bikes or motorcycles)

Job Purpose:

To carry out and complete tasks at various mobile locations as allocated by the Regional Manager/Mobile Supervisor to agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·To carry out general mobile housekeeping / cleaning tasks as detailed on the task allocations, to agreed standard, as directed by the Mobile Supervisor and / or Head of Mobile Operations and where applicable the Area or Regional Manager.

·Maintain accurate records of completed works, by closing off jobs via the provided IT systems, and completing accurate time-sheet and mileage records

·To ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks assigned are completed within the required deadlines and to a high standard where reasonably possible.

·To ensure all Reactive tasks as assigned are completed within the required time scales and to a high standard where reasonably possible.

·To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.

·Reporting faulty machinery / equipment immediately.

·To attend and complete any training as required by the Regional Manager.

·Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Regional Manager.

Qualifications & Experiences:

·Ability to read English at a basic level, and a good level of spoken English for communication purposes

·Must hold full UK driving license

·Must have cleaning experience or have worked in a similar role
