Humberside Police Force is ranked top for morale and will recruit hundreds more police officers.
Humberside Chief Constable Lee Freeman announced that hundreds more police officers will be recruited. After the force topped the league for morale.
Many new police officers will be recruited to protect North East Lincolnshire in the next two years. It is expected that 500 more staff will be recruited to support the teams forcewide 200 of them will serve the South Bank.
Humberside Police was shown by the Police Federation to have shown significant improvement in morale since 2015 when it was the second bottom of the table. The force was also rated good in every category by her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary, for the first time in its history a short time ago.
