14 Year old Doncaster boy arrested for intent to supply Class A drugs

CCTV helps officers arrest three for drugs offences including 14-year-old boy

Three people have been arrested after officers reacted to live CCTV camera footage which picked up suspected drugs activity going on in a Hull street.

It happened around 3pm on the afternoon of Saturday 16 November on Barnsley Street. A female was spotted on camera acting suspiciously and officers attended.

Section 23 searches under the Misuse of Drugs Act were carried out on two women and a young boy which resulted in an amount of suspected class A drugs, cash, and mobile phones being seized.

A 14-year-old boy from Doncaster, a 20-year-old woman from Sheffield, and a 44-year-old woman from Hull were all arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

The boy was also arrested for possession of a controlled drug, and the 44-year-old was arrested in connection with child exploitation.
They’ve all been released under investigation while further enquiries get underway.
