By Further to our appeal yesterday to help find wanted paedophile Valerijs Gordijis, we are pleased to report that he is now back behind bars – thanks to local man, Graham Lamb.
Mr Lamb, 45, of Fountain Road Hull, recognised the child sex offender on a bus and promptly rang the police who apprehended Gordijis and put him back behind bars.
The paedophile was serving a sentence at Hull Prison for child sex offences but it is reported that he escaped jail when he was released by ‘in error’.
