Four arrested in connection to Doncaster fatal collision
Three men and a woman have been arrested in connection to the fatal road traffic collision on High Road, Warmsworth Doncaster.
On Friday 22 November at 11:49pm emergency services were called to the A630 High Road, between the junction of Tenter Road and the Holiday Inn following reports a man was lying injured in the carriageway.
Sadly, a 29-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family are being supported by specialist officers.
It is believed that the man’s injuries were caused by a collision with a car. The car did not stay at the scene.
Yesterday, Saturday 23 November, a 29 year-old man from Doncaster was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He currently remains in police custody.
A 47-year-old man from Doncaster was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice and has been released under investigation.
A 23-year-old man from Doncaster was arrested for causing death by dangerous driving.
A 21-year-old woman from Denaby Main was arrested for assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice. She has been released under investigation.
