Doncaster man caught mid-drug deal

A Doncaster man has been charged with drugs offences after plain clothes officers saw a suspected drugs deal going on in Bridlington.
It happened on the Promenade around 10am yesterday Tuesday 26 November. Officers from the proactive team observed what they believed to be a drugs deal underway and arrested a man.

83 wraps of suspected crack cocaine, 53 wraps of what’s thought to be heroin, and an 8 gram bag also believed to be heroin was seized. Three mobile phones and what are thought to be business cards were also seized.

The drugs are estimated to have a street value of around £2,000.
Charles Turner, 20, of Doncaster but currently of no fixed abode has been charged with two counts of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

He’s been bailed to appear at Beverley Magistrates Court in January.
