By Earlier in the week we advised how plans for the former Waves site were under review and a public exhibition of the proposed regeneration development was available for the public to view.
For those of you who missed it, here is the artist’s impression of the finished site.
Ground is expected to be broken early in the New Year and the development is expected to take around two years to finalise.
It is unclear exactly what the site will be used for at this stage but it is expected that a mixture of commercial, retail and public use facilities will be situated here.
