Breaking News

The woman charged with death by dangerous driving of three teenagers has just appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court.

Crowds of friends and family of the deceased filled the Court gallery as Kasey Boulton, of Heath Close, Welton, had her case outlined and sent to Crown Court for trial.

Ms Boulton, 18, is accused of causing the deaths of fellow Lincoln teenagers Joby Scrimshaw, 14, Ricky Dwayne Sharp, 16, and Aiden William Sawyer, 17. They tragically died when the Vauxhall Astra they were travelling in veered off the road and collided with a tree on 25 March this year.

At the inquest of the three deaths, details emerged that, tragically, Joby died of a head injury, Ricky died from a chest injury and Aiden died from a head injury.

Lincoln Crown Court will hold the trial, which starts January 3rd 2020.
