Two people arrested following major fire.
Two people have been arrested in connection with a fire at a building on Alexandra Road, Grimsby. Police were called just after midnight this morning.
Firefighters tackled a major fire which saw smoke covering part of the town. Scores of firefighters were at the scene and Police closed off streets in the area.
As part of the investigation into the circumstances of the fire, Humberside Police have arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of arson, and both remain in custody at this time.
