Amanda Hewitt 49 a mum of two was five times over the legal limit when she crashed her car into a parked car.
It is believed that the judge told her she had never seen a reading so high in her 20years in the courts.
Amanda Hewitt was on Scartho Road in her Land Rover Discovery on November 29th last year and was swerving all over. She drove into Boundary Road Scartho and collided with a parked car and it was fortunate that no one was injured or killed.
It is believed she has already taken steps to tackle her addiction and is deeply ashamed.
She received a 16-week prison sentence suspended for two years at Grimsby Magistrates Court. An interim driving disqualification was imposed at a hearing last month. She was banned from driving for a total of three years and ordered costs of £85 and a surcharge of £125.
