By Family heartache over suicide verdict.
Grimsby factory worker crashed his car on the way to work, wandered into near by lake and drowned.
Michael Hudson, 62, was said to be a ”very fit and active man who loved life.”He was due to retire from Technical Absorbents in a years time.
A coroner ruled his death as suicide however his family find this hard to believe. They would like to believe he died in a tragic accident.
He set off for work around 6am and took a detour due to road closure. His silver Volkswagen golf ploughed through a hedge before overturning in a field.
It is said that he wandered out to the woods which was roughly 100 meters away from his car. His body was found in the middle of the woods where shallow lake is located.
It is heard that Mr Hudson had declined help from mental health agency Open Minds previously.
Mr Hudson’s wife claims all his problems started to occur after an incident at work, where he burnt all his arm and had to be treated.
