By Woman left disheartened as man steals lock of late mums hair.
Police state that the woman was shopping in Swindon town centre, when a thief stole her cream coloured Radley bag.
The theft had a huge impact of the victim. She had just lost her mother and a lock of her mothers hair was inside the bag.
They understand that Swindon shopping centre is a busy location therefore a detailed enquiry is taking place.
Furthermore, the purse contained bank cards.
The thief had used these bank cards to withdraw money.
Perhaps the purse could have been dumped after the bank cards were removed.
