Dangerous Driver branded most lazy ever seen in court.
A judge has branded Kyle Spurr 20 as the most apathetic and lazy person that he has ever seen in court. Kyle Spurr had no interest in anything apart from lounging around in bed and lacked any motivation to lift a finger.
He appeared before Grimsby Crown Court and admitted dangerous driving and having no insurance or licence in Cleethorpes on April 17th. He was chased by police for five to six minutes when he refused to stop for them and sped off at speed.
The Ford Fiesta car that he was driving was damaged during the incident, he also had three young passengers with him. The chase came to an end when the police laid a tyre bursting stinger in the road. Luckily nobody was hurt but there was a real risk of it.
He left school with no qualifications and has not worked in the four years since he left school. It is believed that he was told that he can’t spend his life just lazing about and even a voluntary job would give him something to get up for and give him a purpose.
The sentence was deferred for six months but he was warned that he would be jailed if he committed any more offences before then. Kyle Spurr who had no previous convictions was given an interim driving ban.
