Jailed beach rapist has ruined the victim’s life.
The brave victim of a rape on Cleethorpes beach has revealed that her life has changed drastically. She has revealed that she has been left feeling anxious, dirty, scared and numb by her horrendous ordeal.
It is believed that she has self-harmed and taken an overdose and spends most of her time at home in her pyjamas. She feels that Muhammad Uddin who was jailed for 10 years after being found guilty of raping her has taken her whole life. He had no previous convictions and ran a well respected Indian restaurant. She feels disgusted that Uddin had taken away her decision to decide what to do by forcing himself on her sexually. She was minding her own business collecting her thoughts and was entitled to feel safe.
It is thought that Uddin has shown no remorse. He was also given an indefinite restraining order and will have to register as a sex offender.
