The driver charged with causing a fatal crash has a life-threatening brain condition.
The driver who caused a fatal car crash was found to have a life-threatening cyst on his brain after he was taken to hospital after the collision.
Charlie Ledbury 25 has admitted causing a fatal car crash by dangerous driving. The car crash led to the death of Margaret Patrick. The accident happened at a junction close to Caldwell Park in April last year.
It is understood that sadly Mrs. Patrick collapsed and died on her way to the hospital, Ledbury also admitted causing serious injury to Deborah Sukeforth by dangerous driving when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.
Doctors found a life-threatening cyst on his brain when he was taken to hospital.
The case was adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report and medical records on Charlie Ledbury.
He has been granted bail to appear in court on Monday 23rd March for sentencing.
