More clues found on dismembered foot.

It is believed that experts who are examining the dismembered foot that was found on a footpath in New Waltham believe that it may be older than was initially thought.

The detectives who are investigating the shocking discovery are awaiting further forensic results. It is thought that it could be more than 50 years old and could have been unearthed before being dumped near to the footpath by an animal. It is believed that the investigation has had to be extended to examine missing people cases over the past 50 years. The foot was found by dog walkers on April 25th last year on a footpath between the Station Road and the A16.
