Heartfelt appeal by the brother of missing John Davis.

John Davis has not been seen since he was caught on CCTV walking in Grimsby on January 29th. And his brother Geoffrey Davis has made an emotional heartfelt appeal directly to John to get in touch. And to let his family know he is safe.

The hunt for John is still going on by police. John does not have his car or access to any money. Geoffrey said John needs to know that his big brother is waiting for him and if you come back home you will be safe.

It is believed that John arrived at his brother’s house asking for help after two years of not speaking to him. Geoffrey noticed his brother was in a bad state of mind. Geoffrey took John to A&E and they managed to get him into Harrison House. But it is thought that at a meeting On January 28th Harrison House decided not to keep him there because of various reasons.

It is believed John was then referred to the crisis team in Louth and given their number in case he needed it. It was thought that he was allowed to stay at his dad’s house overnight with his brother planning to help him the next day. But at 3 am on Wednesday, January 29th he sent his last text before disappearing. John has been missing ever since.

Both Lincolnshire Police and Humberside Police have carried out widespread searches across the area. John is believed to have several links around the North East Lincolnshire and the Scunthorpe area.

All his family wants him back a lot of people love him and are offering him a safe place to stay when he comes back.

Police are very concerned for his welfare and ask the public to report any possible sightings of John to them. You can contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting reference number 175 of 30/1/20.
