Armed police search for man with knife

Armed police searched The East Marsh, Grimsby last night after reports that a man with a knife had been spotted in the area. Humberside Police were called to Rutland Street at the junction of Oxford Street around 8.30 pm last night they attended a property and spoke to the occupants and then made a thorough search of the area looking for the man. They also attended another house in Park Street.

Police were not able to find the suspect after searching the area. Officers are now asking for anyone with any information to come forward. Anyone with any information is asked to call 101quoting log 549 of 16/02/2020. Or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
