Crash in Tesco car park two people injured.

An accident at the car park of Cleethorpes Tesco Extra resulted in two people being treated for minor injuries. It is believed that a Fiat Punto collided with a lamppost after it was being driven around the car park on Monday evening.

The large car park has had issues recently with up to forty cars a night using it as a racetrack. It is thought that one of the people involved was not wearing a seat belt.

Humberside Police say that two people received minor injuries in the accident. The driver has been advised that he will be summoned to court over alleged careless driving.

Tesco are concerned that their customers are being put at risk. And say that they are taking responsible action and want to move them on.
