Man threatened neighbour with a shotgun.
When a neighbour went round to complain about loud music being played a man pulled out a shotgun and threatened to shoot her it has been claimed at Grimsby Magistrates Court.
The woman is believed to have knocked on his window to ask him to turn the music down. It is thought that he disappeared and then came back with the shotgun and when the woman asked him if he would shoot her he said he would.
Wayne Porter 44, of Cushman Crescent Immingham, has been accused of having a 12 bore shotgun with intent to cause a neighbour to believe that violence would be used against her. It is believed that Porter claimed he was worried about the safety of himself and his property. the gun was not loaded and had no ammunition in it and he claimed he had no intention of using it.
Porter indicated no plea to the charge and the case was sent to Grimsby Crown Court. He due to appear in court again in March.
