CCTV released after public indecency in Oxford

Thames Valley Police have released two CCTV images of a man officers wish to speak to in connection with an investigation into an outraging act of public indecency investigation in Oxford.

At around 6.30pm on Wednesday 12 February, a man boarded the X3 bus from Oxford to Abingdon and went to the upper deck.

During the course of the journey, a passenger became aware that a man was touching himself inappropriately and reported this to the bus driver and subsequently to Thames Valley Police.

Investigating officer PC Andrew Harding, based at Abingdon police station, said:

“I am releasing these images of a man we would like to speak to as I believe that he may have vital information than can assist me with this investigation.

If you are this man, or if you recognise the man in the images, please contact Thames Valley Police, preferably by making a report online, quoting reference 43200050067.
