By Police discover a mans body in Cleethorpes
Officers for Humberside Police have made a horrific discovery in Cleethorpes today, after finding the body of a man at a property on Craithie Road.
Humberside Police were called to a property on Craithie Road, Cleethorpes, this morning after receiving reports about concerns for the safety of the occupant.
Sadly upon arrival a man, who has not been named, was found to have died.
A Humberside Police spokesperson said:
“We were called to a property on Craithie Road, Cleethorpes this morning, Tuesday, May 12, following concerns for the safety of the occupant. On entry to the property, a man was found to have sadly died.
“The circumstances around his death are not thought to be suspicious and our thoughts are with his family.”
The incident has resulted in a large police presence in the area.
Crime scene investigation officers have been seen gathering evidence from the property.
Officers in blue gloves and face masks have guarded the scene.
A private ambulance attended the scene and the man’s body was placed in it after being removed from the property.
The cause of death is currently unknown, but the circumstances are not thought to be suspicious.
