Three arrested as Class A drugs seized

Humberside Police officers have arrested three people and seized thousands of pounds worth of cash and Class A drugs.

On Monday, two properties were raided on Harrier Court in the North Lincolnshire village of South Killingholme.

The raids were the latest in Humberside Police’s action against serious crime.

More than £4,000 in cash was found as a result of the operation, along with Class A and B drugs, drugs paraphernalia and electronics.

During the raids, three men, aged from 24 to 33, were arrested on suspicion of drug offences.

A 33-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs.

Another 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B drugs and being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.

And a 24-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B drugs.

A spokesman for Humberside Police said:

“Three men have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences following Operation Galaxy warrants in South Killingholme.

“Officers carried out the warrants at two properties in Harrier Court on Monday morning.

“As a result of the warrants, we have recovered more than £4,000 in cash and a quantity of both class A and class B drugs, as well as drug paraphernalia and electronics.

“A 33-year-old was arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs, a 33-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B drugs and being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and a 24-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B drugs.”
