Man found dead on street in Lincoln

Officers for Lincolnshire Police are investigating a sudden death after the discovery of a body on a street in Lincoln.

The man, who is thought to have been in his 30s, was found deceased outside the House of Fraser store on Lincoln High Street this morning.

Police officers and paramedics attended the scene.

A police cordon was put in place while detectives investigated. It has now been removed.

Rough sleepers sometimes spend the night in the area outside the House of Fraser store.
