By Collision on Low Leys Road
Officers for Humberside Police have launched an investigation following a collision yesterday on Low Leys Road in Scunthorpe.
The incident took place at around 11.20pm on Wednesday 8 July.
Emergency services were called to the scene where they discovered a female cyclist with facial injuries.
Her bike was also badly damaged.
It is thought that she may have been struck by a vehicle which didn’t stop at the scene.
A spokesperson for the force said:
“We are investigating the collision and need your help. Did you see anything at that time in that location? Can you help with our investigations?
“If you can help please call us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 587 8 July 2020.”
