Humberside Police have launched a public appeal to locate the victim of an alleged assault in Hull.

On 30 June at around 5pm witnesses saw a teenage boy being assaulted by two other youths.

Two youths were seen approaching the teenager who was riding his bike along Hall Road near the Tesco car park.

Witnesses then saw them kicking the boy causing him to fall from his bike, hitting his head on railings as he fell.

One of the suspects then stamped on the victims bike wheel.

The victim has not come forward to the police.

In a statement released yesterday, a spokesperson for Humberside Police said:

“We would really like to speak to him to check on his welfare and to talk to him about the incident.

“We understand that the victim spoke with staff at Tesco’s supermarket after the incident but did not provide their details.

“If this was you please get in touch with us by calling us on 101 quoting log 415 30 June 2020.”

It is not known whether any arrests have been made, or if the suspects have been located.
